Before we schedule an appointment, I want to make sure that my knowledge and experience can help you with your health challenges or goals. For that reason, I have a specially designed intake process. The goal of the intake is to help me customize care to your needs to help you feel better, in the shortest time possible. The intake form takes around 10 minutes. Sometimes even the best doctors tend to stuff you into a diagnostic box and give you drugs based on a protocol. That’s not my approach.

Your care with me starts with a careful, individualized assessment. To understand your particular challenges, goals, and resources for moving toward your health and life goals. Because you’re not just a diagnosis. You’re a complete human being. Together we will understand your health and symptoms in the context of the whole you, body, emotion, mind, and spirit. We will look for and address the root causes of what is troubling you, with a “systems biology” approach that understands how all your parts work together.

Depending on your challenges, goals, and level of motivation, there are various ways that I can be of help. We want to find what is best for you. Our work together will be grounded in conventional medical science but informed and guided by an integrative/functional view that offers therapeutic leverage that often helps where conventional medicine fails. 

We start the process with an online intake form that helps plan the first visit. So that we plan the right amount of time for our visit and have all the right information in place when we meet. So you get the best result possible.
